Telesys (UK) Ltd can provide a wide range of maintenance services on all of its products and services. We can also offer maintenance agreements on other well known suppliers products.

We will customise a maintenance package to fit with our customers requirements and are normally established for a period of 3 years with a 6 or 12 monthly review. All of our maintenance packages are written so that the customer will be completely satisfied with the level of service that is agreed including the commercial terms and conditions.

All equipment supplied by Telesys (UK) Ltd comes with the standard manufacturers warranty but additional warranties can be provided if requested. We will maintain installation works which have been installed by other 3rd party suppliers but these will be subjected to a initial survey and any corrective action identified prior to commencement of the new maintenance cover.

We have a customer maintenance database which enables us to ensure that all the agreed tasks are assigned and conducted on time by our engineers. Detailed customer reporting is also available from this system if required.
